The technology and software consulting industry is experiencing rapid, double digit growth and our Technology Solutions division at The Bowdoin Group is growing exponentially. Our Technology Solutions division is seeking a Technical Recruiter based out of the corporate office in Wellesley, MA. In this role, you would work alongside our dynamic team to source and match candidates with technical backgrounds in permanent career opportunities, and also act as an advocate for the candidates by marketing them to our clients. In addition, the Technical Recruiter will network and maintain relationships with candidates to assist in furthering their careers as well as develop business opportunities.

Responsibilities
:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
Utilize creative, professional and principled recruiting methods to identify top-performing technical candidates for our client's open positions
Initiate contact with target candidates and develop strong, lasting relationships
Interview and screen potential consultants including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking
Sourcing best in class technical employees
Develop recruiting strategies and personal recruitment plans
Interact with executive teams to help identify and qualify searches
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, the Technical Recruiter background will include:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused, service or sales related position (1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred)
Bachelor's Degree
Technical knowledge or experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated success within a competitive or sales oriented background
Driven professional with a desire to be financially rewarded for hard work and accomplishments
Ability working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with online search tools
Demonstrated the ability to exceed goals and take initiative
Proven leadership skills
