Position Overview:
Our accelerated growth and increased service offerings have created the need for a Learning and Development Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing our training programs across all of our practices and functions (50
people), including creating new effective content, refreshing existing content and creating streamlined and efficient training programs. The majority of the classroom training will be conducted by employees who are SMEs, enabling you to create a program and environment where employees desire to participate in delivering training classes. Thus, your ability to lead and influence others will be a key success factor.
Our ultimate goal with this new position is to provide employees an opportunity to grow and develop their careers, improve productivity and accelerate the time it takes employees to become proficient in their roles.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate critical gaps in training/learning and create an implementation plan that prioritizes most important needs. Create a training curriculum to meet critical needs.
Continually improve, design, develop and implement effective learning and on-boarding programs to accelerate the time it takes recruiters and sales to be proficient and for current employees to advance and improve their skills quickly.
Design and implement creative training materials that are effective to educate and enhance performance and remain relevant using a variety of media. Programs should be fun and interactive and foster collaboration.
Seek feedback and input from employees and proactively and promptly communicate training initiatives.
Coach and create effective growth and development opportunities for employees across all functions.
Develop trainer development programs and encourage employees to become involved in training efforts, including conducting training.
Identify skill gaps and develop programmatic and situational/on the spot training.
Measure and report on effectiveness of training, including creating tests for understanding and exams.
Engage collaboratively with managers to share feedback and create development plans.
Ensure recruiting best practices and processes are trained to and practiced, with excellence.
Manage logistics for training and on-boarding.
Qualifications:
5
years of relevant experience in developing training content and managing training programs.
Process oriented, with strong project and program management skills.
Experience implementing new web based training tools.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Bachelor's degree required.

Excellent training, leadership, relationship-building skills required.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different teams to drive successful outcomes. Ability to influence change through a matrix organization.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
