We offer paid training through our own ABA Academy of Excellence and ongoing career support and advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll Do Support individuals with autism in the home, in the community, or in one of our new centers Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors and additional team members to support the client's needs Education/Experience and Other Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays Ability to attend our 2-week extensive training program and be eligible to pass the RBT exam Reliable transportation (your own vehicle), a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Expertise Needed Receiving and carrying out direction from supervising BCBA for therapy and data collection Providing customer service to the families at all times Collecting unbiased and accurate data during therapy sessions Working in a team to share responsibilities and duties We Offer Monthly stipend to cover for mileage and gas Supervision and mentoring for team members who wish to become BCBAsCompany provided iPadsSame pay rate whether supervised or notSame pay rate whether in home or at centerHealthcare Benefits School reimbursement ABA Centers of America Culture ABA Centers of America is an environment propelled by collaboration through our team-member philosophy:
