MLS Coordinator

ResponsibilitiesMeritage Homes is looking for an MLS Coordinator who will be responsible for advertising to Realtors through several MLS website-based platforms, our Inventory Homes for realtor and public viewing.
As the National MLS Coordinator you will work in several MLS systems, work with our Meritage Website and our internal Salesforce system to create the best new home listing in MLS! We are looking for someone who is accurate, detailed, organized, loves data entry, and has strong computer skills.
The MLS Coordinator will:
Enter listings in MLS website systems in all areas of the Country (average 100 per week @ 10-15 minutes per listing).
Add Artist rendering, floor plan, site plan and any additional pictures to each MLS listing, as needed.
Scan and file on Shared Drive a copy of each listing and MLS data entry form by Division and Community in event of DRE audit.
Update pricing and status changes for each Division.
Mark Open Houses as requested for weekends in MLS and Realtor.
com.
Update estimated completion dates in MLS every two weeks.
Add showcase photos and virtual tour links on completed homes in MLS.
Assist with updating MLS pricing as needed and pulling monthly active MLS reports.
Assist with maintenance of Smartsheets.
Assist Sales Counselors with reverse prospecting lists from MLS.
Qualifications High School Diploma, 2 or more years of college, preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office support position or data entry role Real Estate sales or marketing background with MLS experience a plus Proficient with computer data entry, including working with internet-based websites, internal database systems.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills necessary Proficient working with Google maps longitude and latitude Proficient with photography uploads in pdf or jpg, including editing Strong Oral/Written Communication and Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills; ability to communicate effectively with a high degree of professionalism Results-oriented, accurate, with keen attention to detail OverviewAre you looking for an incredible career opportunity? The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
