AR Resolution Advisor
AR Resolution AdvisorOur client, a leader in entrepreneurship education, is seeking an AR Resolution Advisor to join their team! This role will be fully onsite in Wellesley, MA to start, with the potential to work remotely 2 days a week after training.
The AR Resolution Advisor will report to the Director of Student Accounts and be apart of the Student Financial Services team.
This role will provide excellent customer service, ensure all payment plans established are budgeted accurately and remain in good standing.

Responsibilities:
Proactively communicate with students and their families to address billing inquiries Provide assistance with financial matters and financing options Research, analyze, and authorize settlements of outstanding student balances Maintain accurate records and track student accounts
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred 3
