Construction Manager
Vaco Boston has partnered with a Commercial real estate developer in the Boston area that is seeking a Construction ManagerThis individual will work closely with the development team and be responsible for multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Establish construction delivery scope and project budgets. Review and perform quality control review of all design documents. Identify contractors to provide construction and design services. Develop construction plans with contractors Manage construction contracts and change orders. Construction schedule oversite Prepare Request for Proposal) documents for various types of construction projects Provide bid analysis, as well as consultant/ contactor selection recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred 4-5
