manager
, you will work with non-profit organizations and small-to-medium sized businesses to manage their technology systems and the overall client relationships. You will need to rely on your experience and judgment to effectively interact with customers to accomplish our goals.
This individual will be responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned client relationships and related IT services. Key areas include: Technical--technology strategy, budgeting, purchasing, documentation ownership, warranties, project management, it asset disposals, help ticket management, hands-on & webinars/virtual training, google administration. Client relations-- consistent check-ins, related communications, user satisfaction surveys, coordinate incorporation of additional services as contracted and attending important client
events
. Requires daily travel to clients in the greater Boston area.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
o Excellent working knowledge of IP and internet/email topology and networked systems
o Excellent working knowledge of all Windows OS and Microsoft Applications
o Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
o Previous Help Desk experience
o Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow through to resolution
o Excellent and proven organizational and project management skills
o High degree of self-motivation; able to work independently with minimal supervision
o Enthusiastic, outgoing, sense of humor
QUALIFICATIONS
Your success will come from your solid undergraduate education and 5 or more years of relevant experience at small to mid-sized firms, demonstrated experience explaining and presenting technology information and solutions to non-technical audiences, and proven experience managing competing priorities and deadlines. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
