Responsibilities:
- Review and sign-off on data modeling specifications, review and sign-off on conceptual data designs, logical data designs, and physical data designs.
- Work as a lead resource providing conceptual and logical data design strategies in support of business applications
- Be accountable for the development of a data planning framework communicating strategies and processes around data modeling and architecture to cross functional groups and senior levels.
- Develop and publish data management standards, policies and procedures, Data IT principles, Data architecture patterns, naming conventions and data design best practices, including the management and maintenance of related tools and environments.
Requirements:
- Strong conceptual, logical and physical data modeling expertise.
- Experience in systems development and/or business systems analysis.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with confidential data assets and documents.
- Experience with people performance management.
- Experience in systems development and/or business systems analysis
