Position Overview:
Our accelerated growth and increased service offerings has created the need for a driven and energetic Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support internal hiring at The Bowdoin Group. The talent acquisition team is responsible for high quality internal growth and enables us to efficiently provide Bowdoin Group services to cutting edge startups and high growth, large enterprises. This role will include many aspects of Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, with a significant focus on recruiting for internal job opportunities. This is ideal if you are excited by taking on the challenges of recruiting and building our team without the high production requirements of agency recruiting. In this position, you will be hands on in identifying and recruiting top talent for all teams within The Bowdoin Group and assist the Talent Acquisition Manager throughout the entire hiring process. This is a terrific opportunity for you to learn and build out both our talent acquisition function and the company as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit qualified candidates for internal positions utilizing a variety of recruiting strategies and provide value in all areas of the search process
Develop, maintain and grow relationships with candidates
Increase brand awareness through social media initiatives and managing job postings
Document and communicate activities via our applicant tracking system
Manage candidate data with tearsheets, email campaigns and uploading resumes to our CRM system
Assist with creative talent acquisition strategies such as innovative branding, social media, college programs and referral programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years related work experience in a customer-focused, service or sales related position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , ability to interact confidently with a wide range of business professionals
Self-starter and intellectually curious
Must be a team player, highly motivated and able to work collaboratively but also independently
Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and Social Media sites
Capacity to work in a high growth, fast-pace environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
