Essential Functions:
Principal liaison to the business for all enterprise business systems-related matters.
Manage and evaluate business systems, current business processes and needs, maintain overall business application roadmap & strategy.
Partner with key business leaders to analyze business processes, then research, propose and implement solutions for complex business challenges leveraging standard selection & implementation methodologies.
Supervise systems implementations, upgrades and migrations.
Analyze and assess current business processes and make recommendations
Manage end user expectations
Monitor and ensure the smooth operations of an increasingly complex and hybrid systems environment
Review & mentor business analysts
Qualifications:
Experience implementing, upgrading or migration enterprise software applications, whether they be proprietary or from a vendor
Demonstrated leadership experience or capacity (this is 50-50 managerial-hands on role)
Experience with RDMS (relational database management system). For example: Oracle or SAP etc) and SQL . For example: Need to know how the applications affect the infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft technologies (Exchange, SharePoint and Lync)
