Our client, a highly successful, specialty staffing firm located conveniently off Route 128/Route 9 in Wellesley, MA, which provides IT Consulting services to the Healthcare and Financial Services industries is looking for Recruiters and Sales Executives.
We are looking for candidates who are ready to take the next step in their sales or recruitment careers and have the desire to be a successful contributor on a truly great team. We would like to speak with you if you have least one year of sales or recruiting experience, are self-motivated and have the internal drive to be successful. The culture is hard working but laid back, team oriented, with open communication. The company provides 2 to 3 weeks of intensive training, and, 1 to 1 mentorship. Professional development and training are conducted every other week on topics related to the placement industry.
Responsibilities:
Extensive phone sales or recruiting activities
Recruiting or selling via phone, email, social media and in-person meetings
Presenting Company services, facilitating the hiring process and closing business opportunities
Managing your overall productivity and efficiency as measured against pre-determined goals/metrics
Developing effective working relationships with the team
Must Have:
College Degree (highly preferred)
For the sales role, at least one year of successful sales experience in business to business sales with part of the compensation earned as commissions; a love of sales and overcoming objections and closing business
Strong Recruiting or Selling experience via phone, email, social media and/or in-person meetings
Ability to work full time in the Wellesley office 5 days per week
Clean driving record, pass a criminal background check, no significant credit issues
Multiple references from staff, peers, teachers, managers, clients and candidates (if prior recruiting experience)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Proven success with a previous employer
Ability to work as a member in a close knit team environment
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial personality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
