Requirements
System and application integration utilizing IIS
Ability to diagnose complex technical problems and communicate clearly over the phone and email with sales consultants and clients
Working knowledge of web servers (IIS, Apache) and web scripting languages (JavaScript, VBScript, Classic ASP, and PHP) and HTML/CSS
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred, but not required
5-8 years of client-facing technology-related projects
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of: SaaS, Web Services, and ATS/HCM platforms
Basic understanding of encryption methodologies
Ability to work well independently
Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to all project/maintenance schedules
Previous experience with ATS/HCM platforms preferred
Responsibilities
Experience with system and application integration- specifically IIS based.
Assist consultants by providing technical information and solutions to clients and prospects requiring attention beyond the scope of the Technical Support team
Manage day-to-day aspects ofCompany application including: supporting consultants as necessary, interacting with client stakeholders and technology teams in integrations, completing client setups, and providing timely information to the Finance Department to assure appropriate billing
Act as day-to-day liaison with integration partners, and coordinate with them on new connections and system upgrades
Coordinate with Development team on custom Application programming work as necessary
Provide technical assistance for clients on Application
Upgrade existing Application integrations when necessary
Maintain all Applications technical product documentation
Assist with QA testing for system updates
Suggest product improvements
Backup Technical Support team as needed
Perform other duties as may be required
