Responsibilities:
Utilize a wide variety of recruiting strategies to identify candidates for placement including: face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, interview preparation and reference checking.
Create recruiting pipeline using state of the art recruiting tools, technology and best practices to identify high quality candidates
Establish connections with prospective clients to introduce the firm and its services
Developing business relationships with high level executives
Generate interest and schedule meetings with hiring managers
Accompany Senior Sales Executives to face to face meetings with prospects and clients
Collaborate with Senior Sales team to meet sales goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience in a customer-focused, service or sales related position (a plus)
Knowledge and comfort with technology
Demonstrated the ability to exceed goals and take initiative
Proven leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Curiosity and passion to learn
Highly competitive with a desire to win while working in a collaborative , team environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
