Job Description:
You will be a part of the Implementation and Support Team and responsible for providing ongoing EMR support and training to users.
Responsibilities:
-Work with end users to support the EMR applications
-Provide on-going communication and support to end users
-Analyze and identify problems and causes, while reporting all issues and providing solutions
-Work with the team to test the EMR applications
-Provide training and educational services to users as needed
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree required.
-1 to 3 years of healthcare experience
