Main Accountabilities
Validate data conversions from Siebel to Salesforce
Ensure converted data execution against Salesforce Application
Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
Documents all problems and work to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management.
Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
Collaborate as part of an Agile/Scrum and extended QA team
Experience
Salesforce Cloud functional testing experience
Data Conversion experience
Database SQL experience to view for data mining and validation (selects and joins)
Requires sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures, as well as familiarity with the full life cycle development processes.
