Building Maintenance Worker
LINX, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professionals to be an integral staff member within our team. We are currently looking for people who are available full-time or part-time 5 or 6 days per week to help with general building maintenance needs. Our facility is a 10,000 square foot space with various general maintenance needs including the following:
Buffing and mopping dance floors (4 dance studios)
Electrical wiring (with the correct skill set and experience in electrical)
General cleaning needs (bathrooms, rug vacuuming)
Painting
General construction and theater set construction
Hanging shelves
Filling holes in drywall
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with most of the tasks listed above, will have a positive attitude, be a trustworthy person, and will be able to finish jobs completely in a timely manner.
Required:
Must be able to pass a background check and CORI check. Also must be able to commit to at least 20 hours of work per week.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
